In connection with the celebration of Wildlife Week, 2006, The Trust in association with The Department of Zoology, Malabar Christian College, Calicut, organized a Quiz Competition for High School and College Students, with a view to generate environmental awareness, appreciate Wildlife and to work towards their Conservation. The competition was conducted on the forenoon of 4th October 2006 at the Main Hall of Malabar Christian College, Calicut. A total of 12 teams contested under each category.
Cash awards (1st Prize – Rs. 1,000/-; 2nd Prize – Rs. 600/-) and Certificates were distributed to the winners.
